Weka Fee Structure

A enrolment fee of $50 per child upon entry and thereafter a yearly administration fee of $40 per family per annum.

WEEKLY ATTENDANCE:-

Weka requires children under three to be booked a minimum of 10 hours across the week and a minimum of 3 hours within a day.
Children over three a minimum of 6hrs 15mins per day and a minimum of 2 days per week.

LEAVE ENTITLEMENT:-

SICK/HOLIDAYS/GENERAL:-
Accrued DAYS over the year - dependant on bookings - up to
​10 days for part time or 20 days full time, otherwise full charge

FAMILY DISCOUNTS:- 
FULL TIME ENROLMENT =

• If 2 children are under 3yrs = both entitled to 10% discount
• If 2 children enrolled 1 under 3yr and 1 over 3yr (20ECE) = Under 3 gets 10% & Over 3 gets 5%
• If 3 children enrolled 2 are under 3yrs and 1 over 3yr(20ECE) = Under 3’s get 10% & Over 3 gets 5%
• If 2 children enrolled with 20ECE = each 5%
• PART TIME ENROLMENT =
• If 2 children are under 3yrs = both entitled to 5% discount
• If 2 children enrolled 1 under 3yr and 1 over 3yr (20ECE) = Under 3 gets 5% & Over 3 gets 5%
• If 3 children enrolled 2 are under 3yrs and 1 over 3yr(20ECE) = Under 3’s get 5% & Over 3 gets 5%
• If 2 children enrolled with 20ECE = each 5%
• OSCAR enrolled families across both Weka and OSCAR – will be entitled to Full Time Weka 10% and OSCAR 5% /
• Part Time 5% for both services.

STATUTORY & TEACHER ONLY DAY
Are charged at a full rate - part time attendees can apply for a make-up day as space allows
